Mentor Program- NextGen Rise

Events and Important Dates

Tuesday evening devotions: We are looking for volunteers to come 30 minutes early to lead devotions for students with provided curriculum!

Thursdays - FIT exercise classes and health checks for adults. Sports, music, and S.T.E.M. activities for kids from 5:30-6:30pm

September

Tuesday, 9/1 at 6 pm- Tutoring kickoff!

Thursday, 9/24 at 7 pm- Kickoff Mentoring workshop

Friday, 9/25 at 6:00pm- City of Hope Community Outreach event at Marshall Park, Uptown

October

Thursday, 10/1-Sunday, 10/3- Barnardsville Family Excursion

Saturday, 10/10-Pineville Neighbor’s Place Potato Drop

Tuesday, 10/13- Hispanic Heritage Celebration

Thursday, 10/29 at 7pm- Mentoring workshop (Building Family Resilience)
