Our weekly children’s program is directed at marginalized at-risk children at a location near you. Elementary school children are from Title 1 schools and are typically one or two grade levels behind on reading and math. The programs include character development, devotions, and volunteer assistance with homework, literacy support including reading and math in a comfortable safe environment where relationships are built “one child at a time”. There are children just waiting to meet you. Just come and visit and see the difference you can make in a child’s life, whether once a week, or once a month.
Should the start time below are not conducive to your arrival, please don’t despair. We have need for volunteers after our weekly children’s devotions and refreshments, so arriving 30 minutes after start time is not a problem. If you are interested in assisting a local school during the school day, please email us to get connected.
